What is OptionsLogger?
OptionsLogger is an options day trading journal that helps you log trades and review analytics and performance insights based on the data you enter. It does not provide financial advice, trade recommendations, or predictions.
Do you connect to my brokerage account?
No. OptionsLogger does not connect to brokerages or trading platforms in any way. We do not access your brokerage account, and we do not require brokerage credentials.
Do you have custody of my funds or positions?
No. OptionsLogger does not hold, move, or control any cash or positions. Your trading activity remains entirely within your brokerage account.
How does billing work?
OptionsLogger is a subscription service billed at $20/month. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime in the app at Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again unless you resubscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible accounts. To request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, email billing@optionslogger.com from the email address associated with your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards (and additional methods depending on your region). OptionsLogger does not store your full card number.
What data do you collect?
We collect only what we need to operate the app and support you, including:
Account information (such as your email address)
Trade journal data you enter (trades, outcomes, dates/times, notes, and related fields)
Basic usage data (to keep the app reliable and improve performance)
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal information or your trade journal data.
Who can see my trade journal data?
Your trade journal is for your use. We only access account data as needed to operate the service, provide support, and maintain security.
Do you store my brokerage login or trading credentials?
No. We do not collect or store brokerage logins, API keys, or trading credentials.
Is the AI giving trading advice?
No. If you use AI features, they only summarize or reflect patterns from the data you enter. They do not provide buy/sell recommendations, predictions, or personalized financial advice.
Is there in-app support if I get stuck?
Yes. OptionsLogger includes an AI Support chatbot inside the app that can help with app-related questions, troubleshooting, and step-by-step guidance anytime.
What if I want to see a new feature added?
You can submit feature requests directly in the app using the “Suggest an Idea” button. Requests are reviewed and used to help prioritize future updates.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@optionslogger.com from your account email with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, subject to limited retention required for billing, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and routine backups.
