Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for OptionsLogger.

Subscription Price and Auto-Renewal

  • Price: The Subscription is $14.99 USD per month, unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

How to Cancel (End of Billing Period)

You may cancel at any time in the app: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

  • You may be asked to provide a cancellation reason, and you will have an option to resubscribe.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of that period, and you will not be charged for the next period.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

  • The guarantee applies to the first subscription purchase for an account (one per customer/account).

  • Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

To request a refund, email billing@optionslogger.com from the email address associated with your account and include:

  • Account email

  • Date of purchase (approximate)

  • Reason for the request (optional)

Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is pending.

Pricing Changes

If we change pricing, we will provide notice and the updated price will apply at your next renewal after notice.
